Jude A. Pierre, MD, also known as Coach JPMD, is an internal medicine physician with more than 23 years of clinical experience helping patients understand their bodies, improve their health, and take control of chronic conditions. His work blends traditional medical training with a root‑cause approach that empowers patients to heal in a sustainable, personalized way.

Dr. Pierre began his career caring for complex patients in the Tampa Bay and South Florida communities, where he developed a deep understanding of how lifestyle, environment, and metabolic health influence long‑term outcomes. Over the years, he became increasingly aware that many patients were struggling with symptoms that weren’t fully addressed by conventional care alone. This led him to expand his expertise into functional and metabolic medicine, focusing on uncovering the underlying drivers of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

Through his work as a clinician, mentor, and educator, Dr. Pierre has guided both patients and fellow physicians toward better health, clearer decision‑making, and more effective care. He has trained and supported new physicians entering the healthcare system, helping them navigate the realities of modern medicine while staying grounded in patient‑centered care.

Dr. Pierre’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Howard University, medical training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His research has been published in the Journal of the National Medical Association, and he has contributed to global health initiatives, including developing a computerized hospital registry in rural Haiti.

Today, through the Health ReExamined Autoimmune Program, Dr. Pierre brings together his clinical experience, his passion for education, and his commitment to whole‑person healing. He helps patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms, reduce inflammation, improve energy, and build long‑term strategies for living healthier, more empowered lives.
